示す断面側面図、第２図は管を支持する構造を示す説明
図、第３図はこの溶接装置の動作を示す説明図である。 図において、５は中心軸、５ａはガス穴、９は内軸、９
ａはガス穴、１２．１３は被溶接体、１４は間隙、１９
．２３は内張、２４は溶接トーチ、２５はガスガイドで
ある。なお、図中、同一符号は同一または相当部分を示
す。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）相互に同軸で所定の間隙）介して突き合わせて配
    設された一対の被溶接体と同軸に配設され回転可能に構
    成された中心軸、この中心軸とともに回転し上記中心軸
    の外周に配設された内軸、この内軸に一端が取付けられ
    上記被溶接体の所定の間隙の近傍を内側から径方向外向
    きに押し広げるように支持する内張、上記被溶接体の外
    側に上記所定の間隙に対向して配設された溶接トーチを
    備え、上記中心軸を回転せしめて上記被溶接体を周方向
    に溶接するものにおいて、上記中心軸及び内軸を貫通す
    るガス穴を設けるとともに上記内軸の外周に摺動可能に
    配設され上記ガス穴を通して供給されるバックシールド
    ガスを上記所定の間隙から上記溶接トーチに向って導出
    せしめるガイドを備えたことを特徴とする溶接装置。
  2. （２）中心軸はほぼ水平に配設されたことを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の溶接装置。
  3. （３）ガスガイドはその重心を軸中心から径方向に偏在
    させることにより中心軸が回転してもほぼ一定の姿勢を
    保持するように構成されたことを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第２項記載の溶接装置。
