水槽内の所定水位に於て該可動部材すく上昇位置にある
時、該下方弁部が前記各開口円筒部の下端を閉塞する一
方、該上方弁部が前記各開口円筒部の上端から離れてこ
れを開口し、且つ前記水槽内の所定水位以下に於て該可
動部材が降下位置にある時、該下方弁部が前記各開口円
