  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　現像剤を現像領域を含む所定の経路に沿って搬送す
    る現像剤搬送体と、磁性体からなり前記現像剤搬送体表
    面に担持され搬送されてくる現像剤の層厚を規制する層
    厚規制部材と、前記層厚規制部材を磁力により前記現像
    剤搬送体に圧接させる磁界発生手段とを有し、前記層厚
    規制部材は磁性体からなり一端を回動自在に支承される
    と共に少なくとも一部を前記現像剤搬送体表面に当接さ
    せた支持体により支持されていることを特徴とする現像
    剤層厚制御装置。 ２　上記第１項に於いて、前記支持体は前記現像剤搬送
    体の幅方向に平行に設けられた軸に回動自在に支承され
    ると共に前記搬送体周面の両端部に当接可能な１対の足
    部を備えていることを特徴とする現像剤層厚制御装置。
