Conventionally, rush has been widely used as a material for tatami mats, etc., but these rushes are made by dispersing natural dyed soil in water, dipping cut grass and grass in this slurry, and rinsing the dyed surface. The product is made by attaching it to Benkui grass and then drying it in the sun or using fire. The purpose of such mixed dyeing treatment is to equalize and accelerate the drying of the rush, improve the luster of the color, suppress fading, protect the rush, and impart toughness, flexibility, etc. to the rush.0 However, In such mixed dyeing treatment, a large amount of dyeing agent must be used because the natural dyed soil uniformly adheres to the grass, and the uniform color development after mixed dyeing of the grass to be treated is poor, resulting in a tatami surface. In order to solve this problem, instead of using natural dyed clay, synthetic dyed clay or chemical dyed clay is used. It has also been proposed to use , but this is not necessarily a sufficient solution.

As a result of intensive research to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, the present inventor has discovered that when using a specific surfactant in combination with natural dyeing, synthetic or chemical dyeing, The present invention was completed based on the finding that rushes with excellent color development and color uniformity, which cannot be obtained by other methods, can be obtained.

That is, in the method of treating rush by dyeing according to the present invention, a treatment solution is prepared by adding an ethylene oxide adduct of a long-chain aliphatic amine (the number of moles of added ethylene oxide is 2 to 6) to the muddy water in which the dyeing agent is dispersed. This is a method for processing rush, which is characterized by using.

To explain the present invention in more detail, the present invention is characterized in that a specific surfactant is added to the muddy water used as a rush treatment agent. Such force-specific surfactants are, for example, compounds in which 2 to 6 moles of ethylene oxide are subdivided into long-chain aliphatic amines having 9 to 20 carbon atoms. Since it is difficult to dissolve in water to that extent, it is best to prepare a small amount of inorganic or organic acid in advance as an aqueous solution of about 10 layers before use. L. The amount of these surfactants used is about 1 to 20% per 1,000 Kr of muddy water.
(as a 10% aqueous solution). By using such a specific surfactant, the fine particles in the slurry do not easily form ice on the surface of the rush, and the dyed soil that is attached to the rush when it dries falls off. As a result, the light bluish-green color development of dried rush is significantly improved, and the color is uniform throughout the shredder or even in different batches. Also,
The present inventor has also investigated various anionic, nonionic, and cationic surfactants other than the above-mentioned specific surfactants, but these surfactants have no effect, and the above-mentioned specific surfactants have not been effective. It was discovered that only these surfactants had the above-mentioned excellent effects. Therefore, according to the method of the present invention, it is possible to easily provide rush DJ products with a high quality that cannot be obtained using conventional methods.
