Claims (1)
- 真空脱ガス槽内の相対する耐火材壁間に着脱自在に設け
られた黒鉛電極棒を有して成る真空脱ガス槽加熱装置に
おいて、前記電極棒に通電中の電流および電圧を検出す
る計測器と、前記電極棒の温度を検出する温度計測器と
、前記検出温度から前記電極棒の抵抗率を補正演算する
補正回路と、前記検出電流、電圧補正抵抗率および前記
電極棒の長さを入力し該電極棒の直径を演算する演算回
路と、を有して成ることを特徴とする真空脱ガス槽加熱
装置の電極寸法測定装置。
