Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 強磁性材料からなる有底円筒状ヨークの内周に沿っ
て永久磁石を固定するとともに、該ヨークの底部の中央
センターポールを設けて磁気回路を形成し、前記センタ
ーポールの回りの磁気ギャップ内に可動コイルをそれに
通電することにより前記センターポールに沿って移動さ
せるように構成した電磁駆動装置において、前記ヨーク
とセンターポールの開口端面にカウンターヨークを設け
て前記磁気キャップを通る有効磁束量を増加させたこと
を特徴とする電磁駆動装置。 ２ 前記永久磁石として希土類コバルト磁石を用いたこ
とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の電
磁駆動装置。
