Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 直列に接続された第１の機械スイッチおよび第１の半導
    体スイッチと他の直列に接続された第２の機械スイッチ
    および第２の半導体スイッチトラ電源に並列に接続した
    ブリッジ回路の対角間にモータを接続し、前記ブリッジ
    回路の対辺にある１組のスイッチまたは他の対辺にある
    １組のスイッチを導通させることにより前記モータを正
    逆回転制御するモータ駆動回路の前記第１および第２の
    半導体スイッチの短絡を防止する保護装置において、前
    記第１および第２の機械スイッチは共通側、メイク側、
    ブレイク側の接続点を有し、共通側を電源に、メイク側
    をそれぞれ前記第１および第２の半導体スイッチのコレ
    クタ側に接続された切換え形のトランスファ接点であり
    、前記第１お　。 よび第２の機械スイッチの共通側がブレイク側から離れ
    たことを検出して前記第１および第２の半導体スイッチ
    を不導通にする保護回路を設けたことを特徴とするモー
