Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 絶縁筒１の両端を金属材料からなるリング状の封着金具
    ２を介し金属端板３により気密に封止して真空容器４を
    形成するとともに、この真空容器４内に１対の電極５を
    接離自在に対向配置し、少なくとも一方の金属端板３の
    内面に円筒状のシールド１１を銅を主成分とするろう材
    １３により接合してなる真空インタラプタにおいて、前
    記シールド１１を接合する金属端板３の内面に内径がシ
    ールド１１内径より小さくかつ外径がシールド１１外径
    とほぼ等しいリング状の凹部１４，１５゜１６を形成す
    るとともに、この凹部１４，１５゜１６にシールド１１
    を嵌装し、かつシールド１１の内側に充填したろう材１
    ３によりシールド１１と金属端板３とを接合したことを
    特徴とする真空イシタラプタ。
