Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ロボットの一部に装着され、且つ該ロボットにてワーク
    を搬送・位置決めするに際して上記ワークを把持するも
    のに於いて、流体送り及び真空引きにより伸縮変形する
    中空状の弾性部材が設けられ、この弾性部材内の流体圧
    を利用して上記ワークを把持するようになしたことを特
    徴とするロボットフィンガー。
