スブレーキの制動力を検出する制動力検出器を有し、車
両停止時における前記制動力検出器の出力値を記憶する
記憶回路と、該記憶回路に記憶された車両停止時の制動
力と停車後に行われる制動操作による制動−力とを比較
するとともに、停止後に行われる制動操作による制動力
が車両停止時の制動力を上回る場合に、制動力保持を行
うための信号を制動力保持回路に出力する比較回路とを
