Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）透明もしくは半透明な膜状材料で閉じられている
    窓を有し、前記窓は容器本体の耐落下強度以下の耐落下
    強度をもちかつ前記窓の最小幅が容器最小幅のＷ分の１
    以下であることを特徴とする窓付き包装容器。
  2. （２）前記膜状材料はヒートシール性を持つ材料で構成
    され、かつ前記包装材料は少なくとも一方の表層材が前
    記膜状材料に対してヒートシール性を持つ材料で構成さ
    れていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載の窓付き包装容器。
