    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）バックレストの上側端部および左右側端部を囲繞
    する枠体をクッションの左右側面後部のヒンジを介して
    前倒し自在に設けたことを特徴とする車両用シート。
  2. （２）該枠体が所定の傾斜角度で固定可能である実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の車両用シート。
