Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、フレキシブルな磁気シートを用いた磁気記録
再生装置(以後、磁気シート装置と記す)のフィルター
ユニットに関するものである。

従来より電子計算機の記憶装置として使われていたハー
ドな磁気ディスクを用いた磁気ディスク装置に変ってフ
レキシブルな磁気シートを用いた磁気シート装置が使わ
れ始めている。かかる磁気シート装置は、従来の磁気デ
ィスク装置と異なり磁気シートを安定に回転させる為に
磁気シート近傍の空気をスムースに循環させなければな
らない。又磁気シートが安定して回転していたとしても
フレキシブルな磁気シートは、振動等によって磁気ヘッ
ド、シート安定板等に接触し、磁性材の粉末等のホコリ
が発生し磁気記録再生の誤動作の原因になっていた。か
かる欠点を補う為磁気シート装置の空気循環路に、フィ
ルターを設けてホコリを除く方法が従来より一般に知ら
れている。
2. きなものとなり実用的なものではなかった。本発明はフ
ィルター面積が広いにもかかわらずコンパクトにまとま
ったフィルターユニットを提供することにより、前述の
如き従前の欠点を除去したものである。以下図面に従っ
て本発明を説明する。

定すると共に、該安定板15の中央部に設けた透孔部1
6をこのモータによって密封するものである。前記磁気
シート11の上部には、中央に穴を有し磁気シ−ト11
と対向する面が平面として形成されたバックプレート1
7を、前記磁気シート11と微少距離隔てて配置すると
共に、前記安定板15により、磁気シ−ト11を囲孫す
る閉鎖空間を形成するものである。18で示すのは上記
バックプレ−ト17に固定して設け、その磁気空隙部が
磁気シートと対向する如く成した磁気ヘッドである。

結する如く設けた環状溝201こは「前記溝19と溝1

成るので、前記モーター3を高速駆動することにより磁
気シート11に近接した空気は、第1図に於いて矢印で
示す如く移動する。即ち、バックプレート17の穴を介
し入った空気はバックプレートと磁気シートの間を通っ
て磁気シートの外周方向に移動させられ、その一部は貫
通孔21を通って安定板とバックプレートで囲捺された
空間外に放出され、他の一部は溝19の底を通って回転
中心方向に移動し、この溝19より上方に出た空気は再
び磁気シート11の下面に添って外周方向に移動させら
れるものである。この様に空気の流入口はバックプレー
ト17の中央部に設けた穴であるが、この穴には図示の
如く本発明に係るフィルターユニット22を固着するも
のである。

は第5図に示す如く、バックプレート17の穴の挿通す
る為のりング36と前記下部材の小リング部材32の内
側に挿入する為のりング37及び該リング37の上部に
設けた空気導入の為の切欠き38、及び上部材25の中
央都材に設けたネジ穴39に挿入したネジにより上部材
25と固定するネジ受40を有し成るものである。

は突合されて密着するのでこの部合から空気は入ってこ
