円筒状のシールドケースと;少なくとも、前記超音波振
動子の外周面とシールドケースの内周面との間隙に介在
された導電性弾性体とからなり; かつ、前記超音波振動子は、その前端縁外周と後端縁外
周とにおいて、前記シールドケース内に点支持されてい
