    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 踏板の両側に欄干が立設され、この欄干の下部は内側デ
    ツキで覆われ、この内側デツキの内側に下方へ延在する
    スカート板が設けられ、このスカート板に上記踏板の側
    面が対向して配置されたものにおいて、上記内側デツキ
    と上記スカート板の間に間隙を設け、上記内側デツキの
    内部に上記間隙を通じて下方を照明する照明灯を配置し
    、かつ上記内側デツキの下端部に上記内側デツキと同体
    又は別体に形成されその下端部に丸味を持つ保護体を設
    けたことを特徴とする乗客コンベヤの照明装置。
