Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. カセットテープレコーダを用いた情報記憶装置において
    、上記カセットテープレコーダのカセット装填部にカセ
    ットが装填された状態で、当該カセットのカセットハー
    フに設けられるテープ特性検出窓の有無に応じて作動す
    る複数のスイッチと、これらのスイッチの各状態に基づ
    いて、上記カセットハーフに収納されているカセット用
    磁気テープのテープ特性種類が所定の種類であるか否か
    を検出する検出回路と、この検出回路の検出結果に応じ
    て記録または再生指令の出力を禁止する禁止回路とを具
    備することを特徴とする情報記憶装置。
