    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. バッテリーバックアップ機能を有する半導体記憶要素を
    、主電源供給ラインの電圧が上記記憶要素の動作電圧よ
    りも降下したとき所定のタイミングでバックアップ用電
    源から供給に切り換える切換回路と共に、バックアップ
    用電源接続端子を有するパッケージに封入したことを特
    徴とする半導体装置。
