    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車室内に配置されるシートにおいて、そのシートバック
    上端にヒンジを介し枢着されたヘッドレストをそなえ、
    同ヘッドレストが上記ヒンジを中心として倒伏可能に構
    成されるとともに、同ヘッドレストの起立使用時に同ヘ
    ッドレストの倒伏を防止するためのストッパ機構が設け
    られたことを特徴とする、可倒式ヘッドレスト付き車両
    用シート。
