Claims (5)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）比重１以上の耐水性合成樹脂よりなる太さ０．４
    ５〜１．０−１長さ１２〜１泗の規則的周期を有して反
    転カールした多数の繊維を交絡させ、絡合部を固着して
    なる板状の繊維集合体であって、固着点においてその６
    割以上で 固着比−一同須Ａシと）ｆどｙ二煩堆シυ１獣挑Ｑ固着
    点の繊維重量（ａｇ） が０．５〜５のバインダー固着状態を有し、板状面の両
    面表層５１ｒＩＩＩｔ以内でカールした繊維が少なくと
    も５本以上積層された状態を有することを特徴とする板
    状繊維集合体。
  2. （２）固着点が２ｃｍＸ２ｃｍＸ２ｃｍの体積当り８〜
    ５０個の割合で存在する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載の板状繊維集合体。
  3. （３）カールした繊維の巻きの８割以上が鋭角に折れて
    いない実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項また。 は第２項に記載の板状繊維集合体。
  4. （４）カールした繊偉が繊維束を強撚後ヒートセットし
    、次いで該繊維束を緩解して得られる規則的周期を有し
    て反転カール状態の繊維である実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項〜第３項のいずれか１項に記載の板状繊維集合体
    。
  5. （５）板厚みが４０〜１０ｈである実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項〜第４項のいずれか１・項に記載の板状繊維
    集合体。
