    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 透明基板上に所望の形状の透光性導電電極を形成し、こ
    の電極に蛍光体を塗布してなる陽極基板と、その上に架
    張配設した線状のフィラメントと、前記陽極基板と前記
    フィラメントの間に配設されたメツシュ状のグリッドと
    カバーガラスとを具備し、かつ前記透光性陽極基板の電
    極形成面と反対の面より発光表示を観察する構造を有す
    る蛍光表示管において、前記カバーガラスの内面を黒色
    にしたことを特徴とする蛍光表示管。
