The building 1 has a plurality of high-rise hoistways 3. which mainly serve the top floor of the building 1. 4, and a plurality of low-rise hoistways 5 and 6 that service the middle floors of the building 1 are installed in parallel. The planar arrangement of these plurality of hoistways 3 to 6 is as shown in FIG.
, 3B and a low-rise hoistway 5, and facing this row, a high-rise hoistway 4 and an 18-story hoistway 6A, 6B are arranged in a row. The floor portion between the hoistway groups arranged in two rows is used as an elevator hall 7 and is used as a passageway. In addition, machine rooms 8 and 12 are formed at the top of each hoistway 3 to 6, and each hoisting machine 9.13A to 13C

By the way, in a hoistway group arranged in this way, each machine room is usually installed at the top of the hoistway. The machine room 8 of the high-rise hoistway 3, 4 is formed at the top of the building 1, and since the surrounding area is not a residential floor, it can be designed relatively freely to be larger than the cross section of the hoistway. 9 and the installation of attached equipment does not pose any particular problem. However, since the low-rise hoistways 5 and 6 are only halfway up the floor, and the surrounding areas are elevator halls 7 and living spaces,
As shown in the figure, when the machine room is made larger in cross-section than the hoistway in order to install the hoisting machines 13A to 13C and the attached equipment 14, the tops of the opposing low-rise hoistways are connected to form an integrated structure. A machine room 12 must be formed. In this way, the machine room 1 with the Lr plane larger than the cross section of the entire low-rise hoistway 5°6
2 is formed, and each hoisting machine 13A to 13C and attached equipment 14
This allows the installation location to be secured. However, in order to connect the machine rooms of the low-rise hoistways 5 and 6 that face each other separately,
A part of the elevator hall 7 is blocked by the machine room 12, which eliminates the utility value of the elevator hall 7.

On the other hand, as shown in Fig. 4, it is also possible to arrange the high-rise hoistway 3゜4 and the low-rise hoistways 5 and 6 so that they form the same core, but in this case also, as shown in Fig. 5゜6. As shown, the machine rooms 12 of the low-rise hoistways 5 and 6 extend toward the elevator hall 7 and close the entire elevator hall 7.

Therefore, in order to prevent the elevator hall 7 from being blocked, it is conceivable to form a machine room 12' extending toward the living space side, as shown by the two-dot chain line in Fig. 5.6.

However, in this case, the living space from which the machine room 12' extends has a special shape, which makes the design and construction difficult, and users tend to avoid it.

(2) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention makes the machine room of each hoistway a common machine room that is formed to be approximately the same size as the cross section of the whole hoistway when viewed in plan, and The entire machine room was formed in two levels, upper and lower, and multiple hoisting machines were distributed in the upper and lower machine rooms.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8. Since the same reference numerals as those in FIGS. 1 to 6 indicate the same parts, repeated explanations will be omitted. The arrangement of each hoistway is the same as in Figures 4 to 6, with a high-rise hoistway 4 provided over almost the entire height of the building 1, and a low-rise hoistway 5 and 6 provided halfway up the building 1. is in a separate array. In this embodiment, the hoistway 5.6 is not separated by a special partition wall, and the hoistway 6 is also configured so that three cars can move up and down without any partitions. The low-rise hoistway is designed so that a king-sized car can be raised and lowered. Between the high-rise hoistway 4 and the low-rise hoistway group 5.6, there is an elevator located on the same floor as the floor 2 of the living space.
A hole 7 is formed so that the hole can be passed through. Inside the high-rise hoistway 4, a lift 11 and a counterweight CW are suspended by a rope 1o. The car 11 and the counterweight CW are raised and lowered by the machine.

On the other hand, a common machine room with the same cross-sectional shape as all hoistways is formed at the top of the low-rise elevators iK5.6A and 6B, and this machine room is further located at the height of the second floor of Building 1. It is formed using a 4u diameter.

The common machine room forms two-tier machine rooms 17 and 18 that are vertically connected and have the same floor surface as the floor 2 of the building 1, respectively. And each machine room x7. The machine 8 has machine room floors 17F and 18F spanning the respective hoistways 5.6A and 6B, and a hoistway 6A located in the center of the upper machine room floor 17F.
The hoisting machine 13B of the hoistway 5, 6c is installed, and the hoisting machine 13A of the hoistway 5, 6c is located at both ends on both sides of the lower machine room floor 18F.

13C is installed, and multiple hoisting machines are distributed and arranged. Each of these hoisting machines 13A to 13c has a husband IJ-pu 1.
5 is hung in a hanging manner, and a passenger basket 1 is placed on both ends of the umbilical cord.
6 and the counterweight CW are connected and suspended. Due to this arrangement of the hoisting machines, the rose holes 19 and 20 of all the hoisting machines are provided on the machine room floor 18F' at the bottom of the rtiJ mark, and the rope holes of the hoisting machine 13B are provided on the machine room floor 17F at the top. 21 is provided. The rope 15 wound around this hoist 13B enters the lower machine room 18 through the rope hole 21 of the upper machine room 17F, and enters the rope hole 21 of the machine room floor 18F.
It passes through and reaches the hoistway 6A.

Further, on the lower side of the lower machine room 18, there is a passenger compartment 16 facing the floor 2 of the living space via a space 22 with a -floor number.
The uppermost stop position is formed.

Since the two-stage machine room 17 and 18 are formed on the extension of 6B and have the same cross-sectional shape as all the hoistways 5 and 6, the elevator hall 7 and the living space are not changed at all when forming the machine room. The design and construction of the building will no longer be complicated. In addition, by distributing the hoisting machines vertically, a relatively large space is created around each hoisting machine, making it difficult to use this space to install between indirect hoisting machines. Attached equipment 14f: It can be installed and a hoisting machine.

Since the work space is widened during the installation work and maintenance inspection of attached equipment, it is possible to carry out the work in a comfortable posture. In addition, the winding-like distributed arrangement reduces the propagation of noise and vibration to the adjacent living spaces on the left and right compared to a concentrated arrangement.
The range of use of living space can be increased. In addition, by installing one hoisting machine 13B in the upper machine room 17 and installing the remaining two machines in the lower machine room 18, the upper machine room 17
It is possible to reduce the propagation of noise and vibration even in the living space directly above the building.

Incidentally, in the above embodiment, an elevator system for a low-rise building that operates up to tV in the middle of building 1 has been described.

As explained above, the present invention forms a common machine room at the top of a plurality of adjacent hoistways, the cross-sectional shape of which is almost the same as the M number of hoistways, and places this machine room on the second floor of a building. The elevator is pre-built in two levels, upper and lower, at the desired height, and the hoists are dispersed within the machine room formed in these two levels, so there is no change to the surrounding elevator hall or living space. A machine room with a large installation area can be obtained.
