。[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a dehydrating washing machine that is equipped with a washing and dehydrating tank having rotary blades at the bottom inside the outer tank. This prevents soap scum adhering to the outer peripheral wall or the inner peripheral wall of the outer tank from entering the washing/dehydration tank and contaminating the laundry inside, and also ensures that soap scum is removed using a filter. It was designed so that it could be used.

Due to the pump action of the impeller, the amount of liquid sent to the dehydration tank 3 through the filter 29 is made larger than the amount of liquid flowing from the inside of the dehydration tank through the dehydration hole 2 to the outside of the dehydration tank, and the water level in the dehydration tank is increased. The size and shape of the blades 6 of the impeller 7, the number and size of the dehydration holes 2, etc. are set so that (Hl) is higher than the water level (H2) between the dehydration tank and the outer tank 1.

This adhering soap scum (rho) adheres to the outer peripheral wall of the washing and dehydration tank and the inner peripheral wall of the outer tank, and this adhering soap scum changes color and eventually peels off and floats in the liquid between the outer tank and the washing and dehydration tank, and is not used in conventional dehydration washing. In this machine, there is a problem in that the floating soap scum enters the washing/spindle tank through the numerous dehydration holes in the peripheral wall of the washing/spindle tank and contaminates the laundry inside.

The soap scum floating between the outer tank 1 and the dehydration tank 3 is also sent to the filter 29 together with the liquid, where it is captured together with the lint etc. contained in the liquid.

It receives the force that is trying to be sucked into the underside of the impeller through the impeller.

Since it is returned to the lower side of the impeller 7 through the hole 35, it will not leak out from around the rotor blade 5.
All are sent to filter 29.

。If the water level (Hl) in the dehydration tank is made higher than the water level (H2) between the dehydration tank and the outer tank by the pumping action of the impeller as in the example, the water pressure in the dehydration tank will increase between the dehydration tank and the outer tank. The flow of water from the outside of the dehydration tank into the dehydration tank through the dehydration hole 2 is completely blocked, and the fear of soap scum entering from the dehydration hole 2 can be completely eliminated.
