Claims (1)
ダイヤフラムと、このダイヤフラムを挾んで配置され該
ダイヤフラムに夫々押圧力を与える第１及び第２のスプ
リングと、前記ボディに取着された絶縁材からなるイン
シュレータに形成された第１及び第２の固定接点部と、
前記ダイヤフラムの変位と一体に移動して前記第１の固
定接点部に接離する接点部を備えた第１の可動コンタク
トと、この第１の可動コンタクトと電気的に接続される
とともに前記ダイヤプラムとの変位量が所定値を超えた
ときに該ダイヤフラム一体に移動して前記第２の固定接
点部と接離する接点部を備えた第２の可動コンタクトと
、前記ダイヤフラムの変位量が所定値を超えて第２の可
動コンタクトが前記ダイヤフラムと一体に移動し得る状
態のとき該ダイヤフラムに押圧力を与える第３のスプリ
