    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 他の導波管との接続端面に導電固着材料により気密窓を
    固着して管内を気密に保持する導波管の気密構造におい
    て、前記接続端面に、前記気密窓および導電固着材料の
    合計厚以上の深さを有しかつ底面の幅が１／２波長の整
    数倍に設定された座ぐり部を設け、この座ぐり部の底面
    に前記気密窓を固着するようにしたことを特徴とする導
    波管の気密構造。
