6Aを突出させてケース1のローター穴IAに回転可能
に係合させ、ローター6の外周には外周歯車部6Bを設
けるとともに外周歯車部6Bには中心軸に対して放射線
方向に弾性を持たせるため中心軸の周辺に同心の深い円
形溝を設け、 ローター6の外周歯車部6Bに係合するねじ部5Bと調
整つまみ円板部5Aとを備えた一体のモールドよりなる
