    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 上面の開口部へ真空吸着により被試験体を吸着し、内部
    に植設された複数個の信号テスト用のプローブピンに上
    記被試験体の端子部を接触させてプリント板ユニットの
    内部回路の試験を行うインサーキットテスタ用フイクス
    チュアにおいて、上記開口部の周囲の適宜箇所に、該開
    口部への被試験体のセット、リセット時には上記被試験
    体を開口部表面から浮き上げる浮上機構を設けたことを
    特徴とするインサーキットテスタ用フイクスチュア。
