Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 従来のプラスチック容器のふたの機構で回して接合する
ものは、ねじ式の他には段ちがいにしたヒレの部分をひ
っかける形で接合するものがある。
そして、その場合の最大の欠点は製造工程で一回で型抜
きができないということであった。
本発明は、ふたも容器も一回の型抜き工程でできあがり
、接合もできるというものである。
上方からみたとき、円形になるプラスチック容器の上端
外側に、三日月状に中がおいている耳状部１を複数個設
け、一方ふたの周辺下側内部に同数の凸伏部２を設け、
両者を組合せ、まわすことにより、耳状部の弾力をつか
って両者を接合するという機構をもつプラスチック容器
とふたである。このような形式にすると第１図に示す容
器も第２図に示すふたも、どちらも−回で型抜き成型が
できる。第２図の平面図はふたを下側から見たものを示
している。容器とふたは組み合わせたとき第３図に示す
ように三日月の部分が変形し、その弾力によって両者は
接合する。３は取手である。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 上方からみたとき円形になるプラスチック容器の上端外
    側に、三日月大に中からいている耳状部１を複数個設け
    、一方ふたの周辺下側内部に同数の凸伏部２を設け、両
    者を組み合せ、まわすことにより、耳状部の弾力をつか
    って両者を接合するという、弾力接合するプラスチック
    容器とふた
