板上に配設した酸素センサ素子において、前記基板に前
記受感部の電極が係合するスルーホールを設けるととも
に、前記基板表面に前記スルーホールから基板の一辺に
かけてリード線を遊動可能に嵌合するリード線案内溝を
設け、該案内溝に遊動可能に嵌合し、かつ前記スルーホ
ールに係合するリード線と前記スルーホールに係合する
受感部の電極とを前記スルーホールに充填された導電性
の接合材により接合してリード線の引出しを行うことを
