    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. １太陽電池素子群をガラス板とエチレンビニールアセテ
    ート等の接着剤シートとの間に挾み込んで積層構造とし
    た積層部材を積載治具上に搭載し、これを真空加熱、加
    圧して前記太陽電池素子群を封着する接着封止装置にお
    いて、前記積載治具の下部全面に所定の温度に予熱せし
    めた熱伝導性の良い予熱板を敷設したことを特徴とする
    接着封止装置。
