    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ノズルを除くインク流路を溝状に形成した平板の上に、
    少なくとも前記ノズルを含むインク流路を打ち抜いた薄
    平板を重ね、さらにその上からダイヤフラムとなる平坦
    な平板により蓋をして、インク流路を得ることを特徴と
    するオンデマンド方式インクジェットプリンタ用印字ヘ
    ッド。
