    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 冷却回路を有する空調・給湯設備の室外熱交換器及び送
    風機を居室外に少なくとも１台配置する室外熱交換装置
    の配置構造において、前記室外熱交換器の熱交換部分に
    対し、該室外熱交換装置しくは他の室外熱交換器と熱交
    換が済んだ空砲が流入しないよう基礎構造体の通気口を
    利用して床下に通風経路を形成し、さらに該通風経路中
    における前記通気口近傍で、かつ該基礎構造体の外周部
    分を除く構造体部分に前記室外熱交換器及び送風機を配
    置したことを特徴とする室外熱交換装置の配置構造。
