Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数枚のフィンを有する半導体素子が一面に配列された
    基板と該半導体素子を覆うように該基板に所定間隔て対
    向された仕切板とによって空気流路が形成され、該空気
    流路には該配列の一方より他方の方向に通風される所定
    の送風が行なわれる空冷構造において、前記空気流路に
    は第１の空気流路と第２の空気流路との２層に分割され
    る中間仕切板を設けると共に、前記半導体素子に固着さ
    れ前記フィンを保持するシャフトの長さは該フィンが該
    第１と第２の空気流路とのいづれかに位置されるように
    形成されたことを特徴とする空冷構造。
