    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 負荷に直列に接続される双方向サイリスクと、操作パル
    ス信号を電流制限手段を介して伝達する操作回路と、前
    記双方向サイリスクの両端に接続され前記両端の電圧が
    所定値より小さいときに前記操作パルス信号を通過させ
    前記所定値より大きいときに前記操作パルス信号を短絡
    してその通過を禁止する禁止回路と、前記禁止回路の出
    力の前記操作パルス信号を充電し充電された電荷をトリ
    ガ素子により放電することにより前記双方向サイリスタ
    をトリガする充放電回路とを具備する交流スイッチ回路
    。
