This state is shown in FIG. In the oil cap having such a structure, the inside of the tank 10 is located between the outer periphery of the protrusion 2 and the inner periphery of the backing 12 and the lock spring 15, particularly the notches 14, 17, the oil drain chambers 20, 21, and the air gap. They communicate with the outside air through the breather grooves 4, respectively, and maintain the inside of the tank 10 at a predetermined pressure.

In this case, when the tank 10 is subjected to vibrations, the oil vibrates and tries to leak out of the tank 10 through the above-mentioned passages, but the oil flows through the first and second two passages. The sealing ring-shaped protrusion 12a of the backing 12 is accommodated in stages in the oil draining chambers 20 and 21.

Moreover, the oil once stored in the oil drain chamber 20.21 passes through the respective notches 14, 17 again and enters the tank 1.
After all, the oil in the tank 10 no longer leaks or oozes to the outside.

As explained above, according to the present invention, a dish-shaped backing is brought into contact with the inner surface of the cap body having an air breather groove on the inner surface, and the first oil is placed between the backing and the inner surface of the cap body. A cutting chamber is provided, and a mounting surface of a dish-shaped lock spring is elastically brought into contact with the mounting surface of the backing by a coil spring, thereby providing a second oil cutting chamber between the lock spring and the backing; By communicating both of these oil drain chambers with the inside of the tank and the air breather groove through a narrow ventilation path, the pressure inside the tank can be maintained at a substantially constant value, and oil leakage and oozing can be prevented.
