Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 上部に接層を収容するホッパーを形成し、下部に混打綿
    工程へ開繊された単繊維を搬送するための気送管路を接
    続してなる接層開繊室に於いて、前記ホッパーの底部に
    接層を一時的に貯留し略一定の割合で送り出すためのグ
    リッドバー状部材を設け、該グリッドバー状部材の下方
    に送り出された前記接層を後続のドラフトローラ装置へ
    送り込む左右一対のフィードローラを設け、該フィード
    ローラの下方に該フィードローラと略同−の周速度を維
    持して回転する左右一対のバックローラと、該バックロ
    ーラよりも大きな周速度を維持して回転する左右一対の
    フロントローラからなるドラフトローラ装置を配置し、
    該バックローラおよびフロントローラを弾圧支持部材に
    よって軸間距離可変に弾圧支持し、更に前記ドラフトロ
    ーラ装置の下方に表面に多数の開繊ピンを植設し、前記
    フロントローラよりも大きな周速度を維持して回転する
    開繊シリングを配置したことを特徴とする接層開繊装置
    。
