Claims

The rear end of the first external lead member having an L-shaped bent tip is attached to a part of the outer periphery of the capacitor element on the anode lead of a metal wire having a valve action, which is derived from a capacitor element made of a metal that has a valve action. The rear ends of the second external lead members each having an L-shaped bent tip are electrically and mechanically connected to the first and second external lead members through an electrode extraction layer.
