Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　　ブレーキレバーを引くことにより、ブレーキ
    作動状態となる自動車のパーキングブレーキにおいて、
    前記ブレーキレバーを、操作者が引く第１の部分と、該
    第１の部分＆ど連係し、車輪に制動力を与える第２の部
    分とに分割し、制動状態を得た後、第１の部分を引張り
    状態から解放しても、第２の部分は作動状態を維持する
    よう構成したことを特徴とする自動車のパーキングブレ
    ーキ。
  2. （２）ブレーキレバーの第１の部分がフロアに起倒自在
    に取付けられたレバーであり、第２の部分が該レバーと
    同軸で支持され該レバーに押され、　　たとき回動して
    ブレーキワイヤを引く第２のレバーである実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載の自動車のパーキングブレーキ。
  3. （３）ブレーキレバーの第１の部分がフロアに起倒自在
    に取付けられたレバーであり、第２の部分が該レバーと
    連係して流体制御をするシリンダ、ピ、ストン機構であ
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の自動車のパーキ
    ングブレーキ。
