す出力波形図、第７図および第８図はこの考案の他の実
施例で用いられるだ円形回転速へい板の回転状態を示す
図、第９図は第７図および第８図によって得られる出力

Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）被検出回転体の回転軸に直交してとりつけた回転
    遮へい板と、前記遮へい板の回転角度の変位量に応じて
    光路の遮へい量が周期的に変化する投受光検出ユニット
    とを具備またことを特徴とする光学式レゾルバ。
  2. （２）前記回転遮へい板が円板であって、前記回転軸の
    とりつけ位置が前記円板の中心から一定距離だけ偏心し
    た時である事を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載の光学式レゾルバ
  3. （３）前記回転遮へい板がだ円板であって、前記回転軸
    のとりつけ位置が前記だ円板の中心である事婆特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の光学式レゾルバ
    。
  4. （４）前記遮へい量が前記遮へい板の回転角度の変位量
    に応じて、完全透過から安全遮へいまで変化するよう構
    成したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載の光学式レゾルバ。
