Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. アガロースゲル等のゲノ凶゛こ添加した分子量の未知試
    料のバンドの電気泳動距離を測定し、その距離から該試
    料の分子量を決定する―置に都いて、−電気泳動後の試
    料のバンドを照射する紫外線等の光源からなるバンド検
    出装置と、該バンドを映像信号に変換するテレビカメラ
    と、該バンド等をディスプレーするモニタテレビジョン
    と、該モニタテレビジョンにディスプレーされた複数の
    標準試料のバンドの泳動距離及びその分子量をライトペ
    ンで指示することにより分子量−泳動距離関係を作成す
    る手段及び該モニタテレビジョンにディスプレーされた
    未知試料のバンドの泳動距離をライトペンで指示するこ
    とにより前記分子量−泳動距離関係から該試料の分子量
    を決定する手段を有するコンピュータとなることを特徴
    とするゲル分子量測定装置。
