    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 紙葉類上に記載されている情報を読取装置で読取り、そ
    の読取り結果にもとづいて紙葉類を指定の区分箱に区分
    するものにおいて、上記読取装置の前面に近接して張設
    され、上記紙葉類を挟持搬送する一対の搬送ベルトと、
    上記読取装置の近傍に設けられ、上記搬送ベルトを読取
    装置の前面から遠ざけるための回動手段とを具備したこ
    とを特徴とする紙葉類搬送装置。
