Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、焼網付調理器に関するものである。
一般の調理器は扉をあけたときに焙焼室内の焼網を連動
させて前方へスライドさせるように構成されている。
すなわち、焙焼室の両側に前後方向に長い長孔を形成し
、焼網を保持する焼網台の両側に、焙焼室の長孔にスラ
イド自在に保持されつつ扉に連結される取付金具を固定
しているものである。
しかし、焼網にも焼網台に連結される取付金具を設けな
ければならないので部品点数が増加し、焼網の製造工数
が高まる欠点を有している。
この考案は上述のような点に鑑みなされたもので、焼網
の構造を簡略化するとともに焼網台への取付けをきわめ
て簡単に行いうる焼網付調理器をうることを目的とする
ものである。
この考案は、焙焼室の両側壁に形成したガイド長孔に保
持されつつ扉に連結される取付金具を焼網台の両側に固
定し、この取付金具の一辺となる平行部と焼網台の縦桟
との間に焼網に一体形成した係止突部を弾発的に係合し
、したがって、焼網に取付金具を設けることなくその焼
網を焼網台にワンタッチで連結することができるように
構成したものである。
この考案の一実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。
１は筐体で、この筐体１にはヒータ（図示せず）を内蔵
した前面開口の焙焼室２が形成されている。
この焙焼室２の開口縁には扉３が上下回動自在に取付け
られている。
ついで、前記焙焼室２の両側壁４には前後方向に長いガ
イド長孔５が形成されている。
しかして、焼網６と焼網台７とが設けられている。
この焼網台７は鋼線を四角な枠状に折り曲げて形成した
もので、その両側の縦桟８に取付金具９が固定されてい
る。
これらの取付金具９は前記縦桟８の内側で対向する平行
部１０とこの平行部１０の両端から屈曲する突部１１と
を有しつつ鋼線により形成されたものである。
前記突部１１は前記ガイド長孔５に前後方向スライド自
在に嵌合され、突部１１の一方は前記扉３にリンク１２
によって連結されている。
前記焼網６は鋼線を四角に折り曲げて両側に縦桟１３を
有する枠１４を形成し、この枠１４に複数の桟１５を固
定したものである。
前記縦桟１３には、前記焼網台７の前記縦桟８と前記平
行部１０との間に必然的に形成された係止孔１６に弾発
的に係合する係止突部１７が下方に向うにつれ略幅広に
なるように一体的に形成されている。
このような構成において、焼網６はその係止突部１７を
係止孔１６に突出することにより焼網台７に保持される
。
扉３を開くと焼網台７はリンク１２により扉３に連結さ
れているので焼網６とともに前方へスライドし、扉３を
閉じると逆に後方へスライドする。
このように、焼網台７は扉３と連動する取付金具９を有
するが、この取付金具９の平行部１０と縦桟８との間に
必然的に係止孔１６が形成されることにより、焼網６に
係止孔１６と係合する係止突部１７を屈曲形成するだけ
の簡単な構造で焼網６と焼網台７とを連結することがで
きる。
しかも、係止突部１７の少なくとも一方の縁を下方へ向
うにつれ幅が広くなるように傾斜させたことにより、焼
網６は焼網台７から外れにくくすることができる。
この考案は上述のように構成したので、焼網台の取付金
具の平行部と焼網台の縦桟との間に、焼網の係止突部を
弾発的に係合することにより焼網と焼網台とを連結する
ことができ、焼網はその両側の縦桟に係止突部を一体的
に屈曲形成するだけで焼網台に取付けることができるた
め、構造を簡略化しコストダウンを図ることができる等
の効果を有するものである。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 扉により開閉される前面開口の焙焼室が形成された筐体
    を設け、両側に相対向する縦桟を有しつつ前記焙焼室に
    収納される焼網台と両側に縦桟を有しつつ前記焼網台に
    載置される焼網とを設け、前記焼網台の前記縦様の内側
    で対向する平行部とこの平行部の両端部から屈曲されて
    前記焙焼室の両側壁に形成したガイド長孔に前後移動自
    在に保持されつつ前記扉に連結される突部とを有する取
    付金具を前記焼網台の両側に固定腰前記焼網の前記縦桟
    に前記焼網台の前記縦桟と前記平行部との間に弾発的に
    係合する係止突部を一体的に屈曲形成したことを特徴と
    する焼網付調理器。
