    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 飲食用容器の開口端に液密に嵌合可能な枠部及びこの枠
    部に一体的に形成されるとともに飲食用容器の開口を塞
    ぐ為の蓋部とから成る飲食用容器の蓋体において、飲食
    物が流出可能に前記枠部に沿って前記蓋部を切欠して形
    成した切欠口と、この切欠口が形成されている枠部部分
    から延出されるとともに前記枠部に沿って湾曲されてい
    る形状を有する口当部と、前記切欠口からの不用意に流
    出した飲食物を容器内に再流入するために傾斜されてい
    る前記蓋部に形成された再流入孔とから成ることを特徴
    とする飲食用容器の蓋体。
