【発明の詳細な説明】
本願は新規な構成を有するラジオコントロールヘリコプ
タ−の回転翼の製法を提供しようとするものである。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present application provides a method for manufacturing a rotor blade for a radio control helicopter having a novel configuration.

材などをコアー状にはゆ合せた素材をもって製造されて

な力が加わるが、かかる素材のものではその耐久性に問
題があるほか、木材であるところから狂が発生したり、
また、製造時においても所望する形状に製造することも

1は本発明の方法で得た回転翼である。そこで、その製
法は下記の通り構成されている。バルサ材などをコアー
状に張り合せた木材などを素材として回転翼の形状に構
成した芯体2を、カーボン繊維をバイアス状に編み、こ
れを袋状に構成した外皮3で覆ったのち、この表面に液
体樹脂を塗布し、これを合せ型4により型状を矯正しな
がら硬化せしめたのち脱型する。この場合、芯体2を外
皮6で覆う工程については第4図の如く袋状の外皮に芯

いては当該回転翼における微妙にひねった形状を考慮し
て形成することになる。また、第1図を参照して当該回
転翼1の長手方向1°に対してカーボン繊維の長手方向
3゛の角度θを鋭角あるいは鈍角にするととにより、当
