Claims (1)
- 耐熱性透過ガラス等の加熱プレートの下方に、これを加
熱しかつ燃焼面の略中央部に強制排気用の排気ダクトを
設けたバーナを配設し、上記加熱プレートの燃焼面上方
に被加熱物を載置して加勢を行なうものにおいて、上記
排気ダクトに対向位置する加熱プレートの表面に凹溝を
一体形成する事を特徴とするプレート式調理器。
