属するハンドピース先端の切削工具において、工具本体

を一層又は多層に被覆して成るセラミックス層１２を形
成した歯科用切削工具。 ２ セラミックスとしてＴｉＮ、 ＴｉＣ，Ｓｉ３Ｎ、
。 ＨｆＮ、 ＴｉＣ２，ＡＩ□０３などを選択した実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の切削工具。 ３ 工具本体１０を刃先１１と一体に工具鋼、ステンレ
