Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 、　　シリンダに内挿されたピストンと前記シリンダの
    端壁間に略筒状を呈するベローズを介装して前記ピスト
    ンの作動に伴なう前記ベローズの伸縮に応じて、該ベロ
    ーズの内周側または外周側に形成される第１の作動室の
    容積を増減させて１次流体を移送するベローズポンプに
    おいて、前記ベローズを境に前記第１の作動室の反対側
    に第２の作動室を形成し、該第２の作動室内に２次流体
    を導入して前記ベローズ内外の差圧を無くすように構成
    したことを特徴とするベローズポンプ。
