に関する。[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Technical Field of the Invention] In a so-called serial dot printer in which the print head moves relative to the platen in the space direction,
Printing is performed by impacting the ink ribbon on the printing paper with the tip of the printing wire. In such a wire-type print head, the plate spring for the armature is integrated to simplify assembly. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing such an integrated plate spring.

A carrier 6 on which a print head 5 is mounted is supported. By rotationally driving the feed screw 3 by the motor M via the belt 7, the print head 5 is transported at a constant speed in the space direction indicated by the arrow a1.

Note that if the printing paper 2 is pressure-sensitive paper, the wire W+ -Wz... is driven and the impact when the wire tip hits the paper 2 will cause the dot D... to be recorded, but in the case of plain paper. An impact is applied via the ink ribbon 8 as shown in FIG.

A magnetic block 13 and an armature (plate spring) 14 are attached to the yoke portion 11 connected to the iron core 9 via a permanent magnet 12 in this order. A wire W is attached to the tip of the armature 14, and the armature 14 is normally attracted to the iron core 10 by magnetic flux from the permanent magnet 12. However, when the excitation coil 10 is energized to generate magnetic flux in a direction that cancels out the magnetic flux generated by the permanent magnet 12, the armature 1
4 is released from the iron core 9. Since the armature 14 is made of a leaf spring, the wire W moves in the direction of arrow a2 due to its elasticity when released from the iron core 9, advances from the tip of the print head shown in FIG. Add Inbaku to 2.

A wire WI -Wz... is attached to the inner end of.... By forming the leaf springs 14 into an integral structure in this way, the leaf springs 14 can be assembled simultaneously, making assembly and adjustment easier.

The wires W1, Wz, . . . are gradually deformed so as to form two rows in a staggered manner. If this amount of deformation is large, the wear during sliding in the wire guide section will also be large, so the inner ends of the leaf springs 14 are stretched as far as possible toward the center C, and the wire W1 is placed at a position closer to the center C.・It is desirable to install Wz... Further, in the case of a print head for printing Kanji characters, more wires WI - Wz . . . are required, and in reality, U wires are used. In order to print such complicated characters, more wires, electromagnets for driving the wires, armature plate springs 14, etc. are required.

The lower side of the resist is etched in large quantities, and the gap after removing the resist becomes larger than the designed value. To prevent this, (
As shown in (b), the gap G must be made large to some extent from the beginning, and it is necessary to have a small size (about the same as the thickness of the leaf spring).

In this way, if the adjacent plate blades themselves are etched from the upside down direction and penetrated at the gap G, the etched surface is wide as in the case of Fig. 6 (b), so over-etching of the bottom surface of the resist is prevented. .

It is possible to prevent the plate thickness from becoming thinner than 1/2. Note that the inner end of the leaf spring is only used to attach wires W1, Wl, etc., and its function as a leaf spring is determined by the thickness of the plate, since the tip of the iron core 9 and the armature shown in Fig. 3 are attached in the area between the parts. Even if it becomes thinner, there is no problem.
