Claims (3)
- （１）リン酸塩処理液を保持する処理液槽と、該リン酸
塩処理液を加熱する加熱装置とをもつリン酸塩処理装置
において、 加熱装置は、処理液槽に設けられた処理液流入口と流出
口に連設され、処理液供給ポンプと熱交換器をもつ加熱
管路と、 該加熱管路に組込まれ、該供給ポンプおよび該熱交換器
とて閉管路を構成する熱分解スラッジを溶解するための
溶解タンクをもつ副管路とを具備することを特徴とする
リン酸塩処理装置。 - （２）熱交換器は処理液がパイプ内を流れ、熱媒体がパ
イプ外周面と接触するタイプのもので、パイプ内を流れ
る処理液のレイノルズ数を１０００以上としたものであ
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の処理装置。 - （３）加熱管路には薬剤注入装置が組込まれている実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の処理装置。
