光、８は照射点、９は照射点距離、１０．１１はプロー
ブホルダ、１２は板バネ、１３　　″はスプリングホル
ダ、１４は調整ネジ、１５はフレーム、１６は止めネジ
、１７はカバー、１８はかん金穴、１９は通し穴、２０
はナツトである。 なお、図中同一符号は、同一または相当部分を示すもの
とする。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 物体の速度を、レーザ光を用いて非接触で測定する速度
    計においてプローブと、このプローブを保持するプロー
    ブホルダと、上記プローブを一定方向に押しつける板バ
    ネと、この板バネを保持するスプリングホルダと、プロ
    ーブの傾きを微調整するための調整ネジと、上記プロー
    ブホルダ、スプリングホルダ、および調整ネジを具備す
    る凹状のフレームとで構成され、上記調整ネジで上記板
    バネの押付方向と反対方向に上記プローブを押しつける
    ことにより、上記プローブの傾きを変え、レーザ光の照
    射点を決めるための微調整を行なうことができるように
    したことを特徴とする速度計プローブ。
