  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 空調ユニットのエバポレータの温度を検出する第１の温
    度検出器と、 エバポレータ上流の空気の流れ中に設置され、空調ユニ
    ットへの吸込み温度を検出する第２の温度検出器と、 第１の温度検出器で検出した温度が一定値を下回り、且
    つ第２の温度検出器で検出した吸込み温度が一定値を下
    回っているときに、コンプレッサ運転を停止する停止手
    段とを有することを特徴とする車両用空調装置。
